Job Description :
Seeking a Real Estate Attorney to handle large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate closings for complex deals.
Qualifications :
- JD degree and active Florida bar admission.
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale real estate transactions.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
