Client Communication : Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.
Account Management : Manage client accounts, ensuring all policy details are accurate and up-to-date.
Policy Renewals : Facilitate the renewal process for existing clients, offering them competitive options and ensuring they are well-informed.
Customer Support : Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to better serve our clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License for your state of domicile
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of commercial P&C account management
Communication Abilities : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Client-Focused : An eagerness to meet and surpass client expectations.
Adaptability : Ability to excel in a remote work environment while maintaining efficiency and cooperation.
