Shields & Associates wants you to join our team as HVAC tech. The successful candidate in this position will work with our commercial and residential clients.

  • Install, maintain and repair heating and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Locate and diagnose maintenance problems on equipment.
  • Oversee installations.
  • Conduct warranty services and perform emergency repairs.
  • Follow blueprints or specification for installations.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

    • The successful individual will be able to cross-train and work effectively within our team of professionals who provide a wide-range of construction services to our clients. Included are general building maintenance, commercial roofing, general contracting and insurance restoration.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have clean drug screen and pass random drug screens
  • Two-year minimum experience as HVAC Tech or Installer
  • References
  • EPA 608 Certification
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • No moving violations within the past 3 years
