SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
ASPHALT MILLING & PAVING

We are working wth an Award-winning local client with over 100yrs of experience, paving hundreds of thousands of miles. They believe in raising the bar for their staff and their Well Being and is looking to add a Sr Project Manager / Division Head! You will have the tools and resources you need to grow and develop in your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- 5-10yrs+ in a Management / Estimating Role within Asphalt / Milling / Production
- Asphalt would be amazing but any heavy highway / civil would be great
- Decent company longevity / Commitment
- Engineering degree Preferred
- Experienced PM with both Public & private work
- Familiarity with IDOT
- Financial Acumen
- Lives local to Chicagoland area
- Career longevity
- Culture fit / Alignment with company values
- Team player
The salary range would be $100-$160K depending on the level of experience and background; we would be open to going higher for the ideal candidate.
There is growth potential for moving into a role as a department head with direct reports of PMs, PEs, and Billing team.
