We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team and help continue this mission. Role Overview : As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a critical role in connecting with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized protection plans .
You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring clients receive the benefits they’re entitled to, offering expert guidance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities : Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans. Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes.
Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Call experience is plus but not required. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms.
Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively. Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus.
Highschool Diploma or GED - Required A license to sell insurance is a plus. BUT willing to train the right candidate. What We Offer : Competitive compensation with performance bonuses.
