Title : Temporary Project Manager, Store Design
Location : NYC Hybrid schedule
Start : ASAP
End : 6 months, possible extension
Hours : Full Time
Pay range : $40-45 / hr
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.
Responsibilities :
- Produce schematic design drawing packages for new stores, renovations and refreshes.
- Review and approve construction drawings and millwork shop drawings.
- Partner with construction teams in each region to coordinate execution of details.
- Collaborate effectively with Fixture Team on new and custom fixture designs, and to understand intended fixture usage.
- Create and issue accurate bid documents and templates.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience
- Good understanding of all phases of an architectural project
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel), Microsoft Project and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of millwork standards, details and construction.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat X Pro, BIM360 and Smartsheet a plus.
