Job Description
The Licensed Nurse provides exemplary nursing services to residents.
Availability : Sunday-Tuesday 7 : 30AM-4PM
Pay : $28-$32 / hr
What will I do every day?
- Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs
- Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition
- Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
- Assist with Medication Management Program
- Assist with care plans
- Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
- Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- Be a graduate of an accredited RN / LVN / LPN program
- Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting
- Have some Assisted living and / or dementia experience (preferred)
Special Requirements / Certifications I may need?
Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN / RN / LPN)
