Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Electrical Installations : Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all work complies with local codes and regulations.

• Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to restore functionality and safety.
• Collaboration : Work closely with local contractors and other team members to coordinate project timelines, scope, and execution, ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Customer Consultation : Provide expert consultation to clients, offering guidance on electrical solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and clients.
• Documentation : Accurately document all work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered, for future reference and billing purposes.
• Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all electrical work meets Electricityee Solutions LLC's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Emergency Response : Be available for emergency repairs and troubleshooting as needed to support our clients' urgent needs.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with a solid background in residential and commercial electrical work.

• Licensing : Must hold a valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license. A Master Electrician license is a plus.-Knowledge : Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices in the industry.
• Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Tools : Must have your own set of tools; familiarity with advanced electrical testing equipment is preferred.-Communication : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and team members.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoors in different weather conditions.
