LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) - WI SLEEP

Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, no weekends required. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a LPN :

• Join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses, psychiatrists, neurologists, pulmonologists and advanced practice providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders.
• Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
• Responsible for referrals, pre-visit management, patient messages regarding sleep study results, refills, and PAP therapy questions and adjustments.
• Assist with rooming patients and taking vitals.

Education : Minimum -

Minimum -

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum -

• Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
• CPR / BLS certification
