Qualifications :
- Bilingual is not required but is a plus.
- 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
- Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with our products / services is a plus.
