Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 3rd Mixer Production Technician II to join our team. As a Level 2 Mixer, you will receive initial and ongoing training across various processing rooms, including 6-pass, 1-pass, Dry Room, and Corn Room.

Your role involves correctly and accurately assembling all ingredients, following step-by-step instructions on blending sheets, and maintaining a culture of food safety in production and warehousing.

You will also be responsible for consistent and accurate documentation, operating various equipment, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet sight standards.

Hard Skills

• Stacking boxes for palletizing
• Reading and understanding product codes and lot numbers
• Operating equipment such as belts, Swecos, Comils, and metal detectors
• Performing CCP checks and documenting non-compliance issues
• Conducting quality checks
• Mastering sanitization processes, including cleaning, breaking down, and reassembling equipment
• Must be comfortable lifting 50lb+ throughout shift

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). You will work in a clean, spacious facility with exposure to noise, heat, changes in temperature and humidity, and airborne dust particles.

3rd Shift : 9pm-5 : 30am Sunday-Thursday $22-$24 / hr
