Camali Corp is a leading mission critical HVAC install / service company based in Irvine is looking for eligible candidates with 5+ years of HVAC, refrigeration, data center, computer room, server room, and telecom sites.

We are looking for a someone who is positive, organized, detail oriented, flexible, and a quick learner.
Duties will include but are not limited to :
- Daily coordination of service calls and scheduling.
- Responsible for the operations, repairs, replacement, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems
- Repair, inspect, overhaul and perform scheduled maintenance of commercial chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water, controls, and other building mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Check, repair and / or replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system.
- Perform diagnostics / troubleshoot issues with the HVAC systems.
- Respond to service calls, diagnose problem, and complete applicable repairs.
- Install new HVAC systems including copper line sets.
- Work with vendors to ensure correct materials are ordered.
- Completion of work orders & service reports for work completed.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and schedules.
- Willingness to be a team player in a drug free environment.
- Willingness to help other departments if necessary (electrical).
Requirements of a HVAC Service Technician :
Must have proficient knowledge of various types of large commercial and industrial mechanical systems.
Must fully understand sequence of operations for large systems.
- Universal EPA Certification
- 5-10+ years commercial mechanical experience.
- Ability to follow plans, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
- Experience with control and building automation systems.
- Provide efficient, diplomatic, professional customer service.
- Must possess a clean DMV driving record.
Communicate quickly and effectively by written and verbal means.
