Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and oversee organizational decisions to achieve the Hub's missionManage and develop multiple program areas while ensuring financial sustainabilityBuild and maintain relationships with member countries, funders, and key stakeholdersRequired Qualifications and ExperienceUndergraduate degree in engineering, science, environmental management, or related field;
a post-graduate degree is preferredAt least 5 years of experience managing programs and projects in the Caribbean regionProven leadership abilities and experience in non-profit managementKnowledge of climate change international processes and financial managementFamiliarity with UNFCCC processes and GHG accounting standards
