- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records.
- Educate patients and their families about ongoing health needs and treatments.- Ensure that all patients receive compassionate and professional care throughout their stay.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment and work effectively within a medical team.
