Senior Superintendent (Multifamily)
My client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Multifamily Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of large-scale multifamily project in Vancouver, Washington.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, with proven leadership abilities and a dedication to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and compliance with OSHA standards and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes and ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication between the construction team and project stakeholders, addressing any issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior superintendents and on-site construction staff.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Profile
- Strong experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction, with at least 1 project completed from start to finish in a senior superintendent capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of multifamily construction practices, regulations, and standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse construction teams.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
