The position offered is full time . Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while assisting producers with customer quoting and submissions.

AMS 360 experience a plus.

Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

1 year minimum experience and a current 440 or 220 license

Responsibilities

  • New Business Submissions and quoting assisting producers.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Assist clients with Payments to Carriers
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
  • Document each customer interaction in the agency management system.
  • Any other issues that may arise that require customer or agency service

Requirements

  • 440 or 220 Insurance License with at least one year of experience
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • AMS 360 experience a plus
