Salary Range : $55-57 / hr

Responsibilities & Duties :
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure staff adherence to job descriptions and nursing protocols.
- Actively participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by government agencies.
- Conduct routine rounds to maintain nursing service quality and adherence to standards.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Valid RN License in the State of New York
- Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, with managerial experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
