Job Description

Candidates in any of the following locations will be considered :

Salt Lake City, UT, Denver CO

As a Senior Associate - Experienced Project Manager, you will be our backbone working across a multitude of various global business functions and offices in North America.

You will also be on a forefront of change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment as we enhance existing processes and support Health and Benefits’ rapid growth objectives.

Role

  • Ongoing support of Finance, Operations and Global Delivery Centers including MDI payment review, providing directions for revenue recognition and ensuring accurate attribution of all funds received.
  • Development and ongoing support of enhanced internal and external reporting.
  • Communication with external partners and WTW client teams to obtain needed documentation to ensure MDI payments are processed timely and accurately.
  • Assistance with annual MDI re-contracting including communications with external partners to obtain current program terms, interaction with WTW Legal, Compliance and MDI Governance teams to ensure all WTW protocols are followed.
  • Update and maintenance of the MDI portal.
  • Assistance with audits of MDI / vendor JMA and other WTW initiatives. Interaction with Client Service Teams for required paperwork.
  • Documentation of Carrier and Vendor Relations Team’s protocols and maintenance of internal Carrier & Vendor Relations web sites.
  • Other special projects and initiatives as arise.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in professional services, ideally gained in financial analysis or operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and minimal supervision required.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
  • Effective team player with collaboration skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
  • Relevant industry experience and / or Bachelor's degree in finance / math, risk management, human resources or business will be considered in lieu of industry experience.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation.

Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 90,000 - 130,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
