Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift
Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Niles, Illinois area. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $85,000-97,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities : Manage maintenance, calibration, installation, and repairs Create schedules for the maintenance department Work with production managers to maintain maintenance standards Arrange for outside contractors for specific maintenance assignments Communication changes in process and documentation Manage training programs for new equipment Assist engineering with the installation and startup of new equipmentExperience Needed : At least 5 years of maintenance management experience High School Diploma or GED Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong skill-sets in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance plans About Talento Search Group : Talento Search Group is an executive-search firm servicing the manufacturing and logistics companies nationwide.
