Minnesota Certified Nurse Midwife
Client is currently seeking (2) Certified Nurse Midwifes, (CNM) to expand their Obstetrics program. The CNM will provide care to patients during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum;
as well as, family planning and gynecologic needs. As a new specialty with our organization, the CNM’s will aide in the development and growth of the program while partnering with 1 OB / GYN MD, and 2 Family Medicine w / Obstetric MD’s.
As a unit, obstetric team members assist in the delivery of approximately 260 babies each year
Typical business hours are Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
36 patient contact hours / week
Equitable participation in 1 : 5 on-call rotation
Education & Licensing Requirements :
Board certified in midwifery from AMCB
Eligible for RN and APRN licensure in Minnesota
Current BLS and NRP certifications
EMR Systems :
Transitioning to EPIC in November of 2022
Currently using Allscripts (outpatient EMR) & Paragon (inpatient EMR)
Compensation / Benefits :
Base guaranteed salary for the first 2 years of employment with option for additional compensation based on production hours worked
