Description
Position Title : Accounts Payable Associate
Reports To : VP Tax Compliance & Accounting
Essential Position Responsibilities :
The Accounts Payable processor is responsible for all payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operation of the company.

- Process invoices into computer system.
- Open mail daily.
- Process check requests, garnishments and tax payments ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
- Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
- Works closely with A / P Manager.
- Review receiving records to insure merchandise arrived.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of previous experience.
- Microsoft Excel knowledge required.
