Project Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of NNI construction projects while maintaining and promotion the company mission.

We are looking for Multiple Project Managers with a Minimum of 5 years of Commercial or Retail Construction experience working for a General Contractor (Must be able to provide Project List and verifiable references)

Responsibilities are :

• Managing in-house Superintendents
• Contract Negotiations
• Scope Enforcement
• Development of project schedules, scheduling subs and any owner-supplied items
• Insuring a high-quality and on-time project as well as all other required tasks and duties
• Occasional travel will be required.

Pay : $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

We are not in the "bidding" process for 90% of our projects, but rather these are repeat clients we have done multiple jobs for.

We work for multiple franchises, and we have performed over 250 jobs for one of them in the last 8 years. We already have a full schedule of projects for the remainder of 2024 and are currently scheduling jobs for 2025.

We are looking for candidates who are looking for a permanent position with a growing Company.
