The Center for NeuroPotential is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to help optimize organizational systems within a behavioral health practice.
The Office Administrative Assistant supports systems, office operations, including scheduling and billing, and promotes a caring and professional culture within the office.
This position offers the ideal, experienced candidate an opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding practice.
The ideal candidate is organized and efficient, available to work Mondays through Fridays (part time hours) and is looking for an opportunity for professional growth.

Compensation : $20 hourly

Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for potential new patients as well as existing patients
- Perform day-to-day operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, and basic insurance submission
- Performs as support contact for clinical staff
- Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including schedules, filing systems, and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with neurofeedback technicians
- Communicate with the clinical team
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers as a representative of our organization
- Carry out other tasks and office administration duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Displays effective communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Caring and professional demeanor
- Exceptional organizational skills
- 2+ years of office experience or similar work experience
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
