- Experience in a geriatric psychiatric setting
- Familiarity with Cerner preferred
- Additional psychiatric background required
- Covid / Flu vaccination or declination
Job Description :
- Provide nursing care for adult geriatric psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients through vigilant monitoring and intervention.
- Maintain patient records and report on patient conditions to relevant medical staff.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for improved patient outcomes.
- Stay informed on the latest best practices in psychiatric nursing care.
This position requires all credentialing to be submitted at least one week prior to start date.
