Pay is determined by experience and is paid weekly!
We have both Day and Night shift available!
- Education : 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education (e.g., possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and controls, including experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Applicants will be considered for Associate Refrigeration Technicians, General Refrigeration Technicians, and Sr Refrigeration Technicians level openings.
- Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience.
- Computer Skills : Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation.
Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Communication Skills : Effective communication and basic math skills required.
