Our client is looking for a CustomerService Representative to join theirteam!
JobDescription :
Under general supervision employee performs all dutiesassociated with customer service and sales in a polite empatheticand professional manner.
Exercises independent judgment anddiscretion in communicating withcustomers.
KeyResponsibilities :

- Providecustomers with pricing delivery and productinformation.
- Answercustomer questions resolve problems and perform other marketingactivities (i.e. promote and sell products and enter or confirmsales).
- Monitorand address commercial requirements on customers’ portalsand forward quality and technical requirements to the appropriateDepartment.
- Receiveand or place telephone calls which are nonroutine and may requiredeviation from standardprocedures.
- Receiveand answer customer questions comments or complaints whilefollowing establishedguidelines.
- Prepareresponses to customers in requiredformat.
- Actas a liaison between the customer and various departments withinthecompany.
- Maintainrecords and assist in the preparation of requiredreports.
- Mayact as company contact for customer returned Airborne / Warrantyparts while following establishedguidelines.
- Mayprovide backup relief coverage for the Company’sReceptionist and alternate coverage for job duties when otherdepartmental coworkers are notpresent.
- Performtaskspromptly.
- Ensurethat output normally equals or exceeds thatexpected.
- Producework product that seldom has appreciableerrors.
- Conductthemself in a businesslike and civilmanner.
- Abilityto react to changes productively and perform other essential tasksasassigned.

Education :
Mustpossess a High School Diploma or aGED.
Experience :
1year experience Additional training in a technical schoolenvironment for six or more months is highlydesirable.
