Certifications : Flu, COVID, and Booster vaccines required; declination accepted only for Booster. No religious or medical declinations accepted for Flu or COVID series.
Must-Have : Experience in pediatric emergency settings
Job Description :
- Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in an emergency room setting.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including trauma and triage.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Follow established protocols and procedures while adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in every other weekend and holiday shift rotations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
- Flexibility to handle a high-paced hospital environment with varying patient acuity levels.
Orientation occurs every other week with shifts from 3 PM to 3 AM. There is no on-call or float requirement.
