Your Role

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
• Track and analyze sales performance data.
• Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and set realistic goals.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet sales objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000+ with motivating quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses.
