We are in search of a committed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team in Central Falls, RI.
The chosen SLPA will have a vital responsibility in delivering speech and language services to preschool and elementary students within a community with a significant Spanish-speaking population.
This position requires onsite presence, and the specific school location will be determined upon the successful candidate's appointment.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to assist in delivering speech and language interventions and services to preschool and elementary students.
Provide support to students with speech and language needs in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications :
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is REQUIRED .
Previous experience as an SLPA or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques and strategies.
