- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.- Engage clients in therapeutic sessions that are designed to improve mental health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.- Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan client care.
- Develop individualized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines in the delivery of behavioral healthcare services.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.- Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in behavioral health and implement them where applicable.
