What the Senior Accountant will do
- The Senior Accountant will create and record complex journal entries
- Senior Accountant will prepare, review and oversee monthly reconciliations, perform research analysis and research complex ledger accounts
- Provide coaching and mentoring and possible supervision of other team members
- The Senior Accountant will analyze and interpret data to make recommendations on accounting treatment of business transactions
- Help facilitate efficiencies and develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as needed
What the company needs in a Senior Accountant :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and / or 3+ years equivalent accounting experience
- Good communication skills with a desire to learn.
- Highly motivated to grow within the company.
