Cox Manufacturing is on the lookout for reliable individuals to join a compact team for the 2nd and overnight shift. Machine Operators who take pleasure in hands-on work and problem-solving will thrive in this dynamic setting.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect production to validate customer specifications
- Operate multiple production machines
- Work as a team to run production and solve issues
NOTE : we can train someone that has zero experience
Qualifications :
- Must have high school diploma or GED (or GED equivalent)
- Must be able to work full time on the 1st shift during training
NOTE : initial training takes approximately 3-6 months
Compensation :
- No experience starts at $16.00 per hour
- Shift Differential applies when you are on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
Shift Schedule :
shift : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
2nd shift Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM
shift : Monday Friday, 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
NOTE : you will transition to either 2nd or 3rd shift after 3-6 months of training on 1
shift.
