General Service Tire / Lube Technician

Brand new location looking for General Service Technicians!!!
ABOUT US :
Drive Automotive Services operates 44 full-service auto repair locations in 5 states. Our brands are Service Street, Pride Auto Care, Kerry’s Car Care, Aloha Auto Care, Elite Auto Care, Pioneer Automotive, Cinco and Fulshear Tire and Auto.
Our locations specialize in top-of-the-line automotive repair and maintenance for all makes and models. Our company is looking for General Service / Tire and Lube Technicians with a basic level of experience.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Tire installations / changes, oil changes, minor automotive repairs.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services on customer vehicles, inspections, pick up and drop of customer vehicles.
- Provide timely communication with management regarding applicable needs.
- All other duties as assigned are based on the needs of the business.
SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- Ability to read and comprehend service and repair manuals.
- Ability to perform tasks / repairs in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work well independently or in a team environment and take direction and communicate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and visually diagnose mechanical issues.
- Must have the ability to perform work in a safe manner and adhere to safety policies.
- Must be able to work five days a week Saturdays included.
- Valid Driver’s License and must be 18 years or older.
- If in GA or TX emissions / state certification preferred
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
