Accounts Payable Associate
R&D Circuits a member company of Advantest America, Inc., which is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company).
For over 50 years, R&D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry.
We are currently recruiting to fill a NetSuite Administrator position for a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment .
This position will be required to work in the office.
Responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable activities, including processing bills using 3-watch electronic matching in NetSuite
- Ensure all invoices and expense reports are entered / coded properly and uploaded into the system timely
- Research and resolve discrepancies and outstanding balances for vendor accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of all online vendor accounts
- Help train and support junior / new team members
- Recommend process improvements for invoice processing in NetSuite
- Collaborate with Purchasing on payment terms and vendor issues
- Reconcile corporate credit card statement
- Mange Corporate expense reporting software (currently Expensify)
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Other duties as assigned.
