ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Special Education and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
Position Summary :
- July 25, 2024 - May 23, 2025
- 7 : 45 am-3 : 30 pm
- caseload size : 18 with two assistants
- 6-8th grade
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Modify curriculum and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Provide specialized instruction in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities.
