Required Qualifications

BS / BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years of production-level experience in software engineering and technical leadership

5+ years of managerial experience leading technical engineering teams

Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching engineering talent

Proven track record in building scalable and reliable software solutions
