Requirements :

• MUST be a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
• Active and unrestricted OK dental license or willingness to obtain
• Open to new grad with a residency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to embed yourself within the community growing with the community and its members
• Open to working in an intentional culture : clearly defined mission and vision, goals and company core values with measurable successes and regular evaluation to ensure everyone is successful in their roles.
