Requirements :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to the real estate industry
Professionally communicate with clients via email and phone conversations
Ability to work through challenging conflicts and situations
Coordinate and execute move-in and move-out walkthroughs
Oversee the collection of monthly rent payments
Oversight of portfolio’s financials including bookkeeping functions, budgets, budget tracking and expenses
Being extremely responsive and attentive
Successfully multi-tasking throughout the day, wearing multiple hats
Enjoy working in a fast paced, quick thinking environment
Ensure lease files are complete and properly executed
Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure timely turnover of apartments after previous tenants move-out
Provide expert insight and guidance to clients through leveraging our team’s experience and wisdom
Conduct market analysis and provide information regarding market trends
Go over and above to delight both tenants and owners every day
Position Qualifications / Requirements
Highly motivated, energetic individual that works with a positive attitude
Experience or prior knowledge in construction / trades to assist with unit turns and property maintenance
Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work independently and perform duties utilizing excellent time management
Must be able to effectively manage your calendar to maximize the day’s to-dos
Must possess excellent computer skills
Must be able to work effectively on a mobile device
Education / Training / Experience
College graduate
Sports background a HUGE plus
Service industry background (server, bartender, retail, etc) a HUGE plus
