Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN- Providence Place Senior Living

Providence Place, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our growing team.

Providence Place is conveniently located on the bus route, located in southern Minneapolis in the Standish Ericcson neighborhood.

Here we provide services for our seniors in a TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care, Long-Term Care and Memory Care. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting senior.

Wage : $27.60-$36.67 depending on years of experience.

Shifts available : Full-time or Part-time AMs, PMs, or NOCs available.

Shift Differentials : $1.00 for PM and NOC

In this position,you willberesponsible forthe overall direction,coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director ofNursingwhilemaintainingquality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standardsin accordance withindividual care plans.Duties include :

• Schedule and perform rounds tomonitorand evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Support the Director ofNursingon the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident / tenant population.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursingand a valid state licensure asaLPN or RN
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’sfamilies,and employees.
• Mustpossessadvanced computer skills, including email use.
