Our law firm seeks a Managing Attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practice. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Arizona required.
Specific Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments.
- Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed.
- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution.
- Develop and grow client relations.
Experience
Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure mattersKnowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutesCalifornia barred for 8+ years5+ years' experience in Creditors' RightsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
