Customer Service Representative (CSR
Systemtec is engaged in a search for a CSR (Customer Service Rep) / TA (Technical Assistant) for an exciting direct hire / permanent position on-site, with our client based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida!

Qualified candidates will provide technical assistance in support of Account Managers by performing data entry including but not limited to endorsement processing, certificate and evidence, policy checking, inspection recommendations, and monitoring cancellations, etc.
Essential Functions :
Provide technical assistance to Producers, New Business Marketing Managers or Commercial Account Managers as required.
Assist Producers or Account Managers in preparation for client meetings.
Perform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, insurance legal documents, mailing labels, form letters and other related documents.
Assist in the underwriting process including ordering and researching reports and records as required for placement of new and / or renewal business.
Work with Account Manager(s) or Team Leader(s) to assist in the issuance, renewal, change / update, endorsement, and / or modification of policies on assigned accounts.
Manage and distribute insurance legal documents including evidence of insurance, certificates of insurance and automobile ID cards to clients.
Maintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information in EPIC database.
Prepare policy books or policies for delivery or mailing.
Verify payments with carriers and document accordingly.
Report any omissions regarding coverage on policies to Branch Managers.
Be familiar with and follow Agency E&O guidelines.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills / Experience :
2-4 years of experience as a CSR or TA in the Insurance Industry.
High School diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.).
4-40 or 2-20 P&C FL license required.
Commercial Lines experience a plus.
EPIC experience a plus.
