This position is responsible for generating revenue through strategic alliances with potential / existing customers and will identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities :

  • Focus on new business development through networking and prospecting.
  • Be a true solution provider and trusted adviser to business clients.
  • Manage all activities, sales pipeline & forecast through a CRM-Territory Management Tool
  • Use consultative sales skills to identify customer opportunities that lead to a value-driven solution.
  • Prepare and present effective presentations to decision makers and company stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members in sales and all departments to foster a culture of open communication and first-class service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and provide customers with the highest standard of support through follow up contact and consultation, after the sale.
  • Perform on-site client needs assessments.
  • Performs complex business analyses of customers’ document output and workflow requirements, including total cost of operation (TCO) assessments.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists and additional support as needed.
  • Be viewed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your customers and offer world class customer service (training is provided)
  • Keep up to date with latest industry trends to differentiate you from the competition as a leader in your field.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • High level of character and integrity as well as trustworthy and ethical in business and personal dealings.
  • 2 Year degree or higher preferred.
  • Hunter mentality approach to sales while emphasizing positive, future-oriented perspectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills; self-starter.
  • Experience in prospecting, appointment setting, and making a high volume of outbound calls via the phone, face to face or email.
  • Persistence and ability to overcome objections.
  • High level of business acumen to have business discussions with varying roles of decision makers both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven successful sales track record of experience.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Copiers Plus is a locally owned and family operated company. Established in 1985 by Robert L. "Bob" Smith, after 28 years in the office equipment field.

Our slogan "the PLUS stands for service!", has been the driving force behind the success of Copiers Plus. Since our door opened at 921 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville in 1985, we have grown mostly due to our basic principles of honesty, integrity, and a total commitment to our customer's satisfaction.

We broke ground on our new 8,000 sq ft building at 408 Chicago Drive in Fayetteville in June of 2000 and have added additions twice since that time.

Copiers Plus opened a branch office in Raleigh North Carolina in December of 2000 and added nine full time employees serving Central North Carolina from Wake County to the Virginia Border.

In December of 2006 Copiers Plus acquired an existing dealership in Wilmington North Carolina and added it to the Copiers Plus family.

Shortly thereafter Copiers Plus opened its fourth branch office in Greensboro, NC to better service our northern counties.

In February 2013 Copiers Plus grew again. Copiers Plus added a branch in Asheville North Carolina and began offering the same award winning quality products and services to our Western counties.

Copiers Plus now employs more than 50 full time employees and are adding positions daily to better serve our clients and prospects.

We go to great lengths to make sure the products we offer are of the highest standards and are attuned to the rapidly changing technologies of today's industry.

Our technicians are all factory trained on all of our products.
