Responsibilities : Daily documentation
Daily documentation
Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.
Notify pharmacy of new orders.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator
Requirements for a (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse :
Must have a valid NJ (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse license
Must have sensitivity and compassion to the elderly and pediatric populations
Ability to work independently or part of a group.
