Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - ICU
Shift : Days / 7a-7p (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOW
Length : 13 Weeks
Requirements :
- VT or Multi-state Compact License
- 3-4 years Critical Care experience preferred
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Must be able to care for vented patients (with RT support), handle basic cardiac drips, insulin drips and protocols for DKA patients;
experience responding to Rapid Response and Code Blue events, be able to assist newer staff in interpreting tele rhythm strips

Intensive care unit travel nurse jobs, otherwise known as critical care unit (CCU) travel nurse jobs, specialize in providing care to the most acutely ill patients in the hospital.
An ICU travel nurse might work in ICU burn unit, abdominal transplant acute care, neuro ICU, post-op, surgical ICU (SICU), trauma ICU or cardiovascular ICU (CVICU).
Critical care nurses may also care for age-specific patients in the pediatric ICU (PICU) or neonatal ICU (NICU).
