About The Position
Job Title : MRI Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (07 : 30 - 16 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 2+ years preferred;
1 year required for first-time travelers License : Active RN license in the state or compact license; compliance with NLC guidelines required Certifications : ARRT required Must-Have : - Proficient in operating GE MRI systems- No pending licenses accepted- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions- Driver's license must be included with submission- Cerner experience preferred Job Description : Collaborate closely with radiologists and cardiology team to perform and evaluate MRI scans.
Ensure optimal imaging quality while adhering to safety protocols.- Flexibility to work as needed on weekends.- Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements;
willingness to work 2 of the 3 major holidays if they fall during the assignment.- Participate in orientation for 16 hours.
- Floating between like units and campuses within 20 miles may be required.- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be included upon submission.
- Local travelers must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered.- Ability to work under strict compliance conditions;
ensure all traveler requirements are met before submission.- Must not have been a former permanent or internal associate traveler in the last year.
