About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and oversight to the rehabilitation team, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and therapy assistants.

Manage day-to-day operations of the rehab department to ensure efficient, patient-centered care delivery.

Develop and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures in alignment with facility standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agency guidelines.

Maintain appropriate staffing levels and coordinate scheduling for therapy services.

Oversee documentation practices and ensure accurate, timely clinical records.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation services.

At least 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of Medicare / Medicaid and insurance reimbursement policies.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
