A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests via phone and email

Monitor system performance, deliver training, and support quality assurance

Troubleshoot application issues across logistics platforms

Required Qualifications

Degree or diploma in computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience

Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office

Customs Brokerage certification preferred
