We are in search of a Litigation Attorneywith 1 2 years of personal injury experience. We are open to bothplaintiff and defense attorneys.
You must be able to travelthroughout all of California to attend court hearings anddepositions litigate trials and conduct arbitrations.
Priorexperience is crucial.
IdealCandidate :
- Will be experiencedinattending trials / arbitrations depositions mediations and othercourt appearances.
- Prepare pleadings set upmotions draft legal documents mediation briefs and trialbriefs.
Qualifications :
- 12 yearsexperience in personal injury law is amust
- Excellent organizational skills and timemanagement are a must.
- Ability toadhere to strict deadlines while multitasking and working in afastpaced environment is necessary.
- Admissionto the State Bar of California and in goodstanding
- Juris Doctor (JD)Degree
