Job Description
Episcopal Community Services (ECS-NJ) is a 501C3 charitable organization whose mission is to proactively address human needs by providing grants to congregation of the Diocese of New Jersey, supporting and enabling the development of new or the expansion of existing outreach ministries.
The organization is currently searching for a transitional , half-time Administrative Director who will sign a 12 month contract (with the possibility of renewal) and report to the Advisory Council and the Board of Directors.
The person who fills this position (either Clergy or Lay) will have significant experience in organizational leadership and possess administrative and fundraising / development skills.
Compensation will be commensurate with a candidate’s professional experience with a range between $45 and $50K per year.
