Job Description : We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year.
As a teacher at Harriet Tubman Charter School, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students through engaging instruction, personalized support, and innovative teaching methods.
We are looking for educators who are committed to creating a positive learning environment, fostering critical thinking skills, and promoting academic achievement.

- Elementary School Teacher
- Middle School Teacher (Various Subjects)
- Special Education Teacher
Requirements : Qualifications :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification (New York State certification preferred)
- Previous teaching experience in a diverse classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
